The National Broadcasting Company (NBC) is one of the oldest and most prominent American commercial television networks, established in 1926. It serves as the flagship property of NBCUniversal, a subsidiary of Comcast. Headquartered in New York City, NBC has significant offices in Chicago and offers a wide range of programming across various genres. Known for its peacock logo introduced in 1956, NBC broadcasts 87 hours of regularly scheduled programming each week, including prime-time shows, news programs, and talk shows. It also airs live sports, including the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. In addition, NBC’s weekend children’s programming, known as The More You Know, is aimed at teenagers.
