Chuzo is unusual because your username has to end with .poe
Reset Your Password
Usually you need to make sure that you did the first two steps completely and that can resolve your issues. If you do not remember your password you can attempt to reset it. If no email reset is received you are going to have to contact your administrator.
Contact Your Administrator
If you made sure that you have logged in using the correct website and putting .poe at the end of your email, this tends to be the most common issues. If you still have issues and could not reset your password then you should contact the person who is in charge of giving you the logins!
