NewsNation Channel Television
NewsNation is a cable news network owned by Nexstar Media Group. It was formerly known as Superstation WGN and WGN America before rebranding in March 2021. The rebrand marked a shift towards news programming. While NewsNation focused on news, it continued to air some entertainment content on weekends until July 2024. After acquiring The Hill, NewsNation expanded its coverage. It also formed partnerships with The CW to further broaden its content offerings.
